Our team conducts and teaches formative, summative, process, and outcome evaluation, helping organizations build an effective evaluation framework and decide when programs should be improved, redesigned, or concluded.
Overview
Are your programs achieving their objectives? Are you beginning to realize, or suspect, that one or more of your programs are not as necessary as they have been in the past, or that they need to be modified to address a changing environment?
Even the best run programs need to be evaluated periodically to ensure their effectiveness, efficiency and impact. Sometimes the reasons for which the programs were created are no longer the same, so programs need to be modified accordingly, or eliminated entirely. Our team can evaluate your programs and do workshops with your team to teach them how to best do program evaluation. This also serves to engage your team in building an effective evaluation framework for programs.
We do, and teach, multiple types of program evaluation, including formative, summative, process and outcome evaluations.
In every service we offer, our core process is always based on collaboratively working with you to co-create the path forward and training your team in collaborative research and analysis. We are not consultants who just come in, solve your problems and then leave.

6 Free Hours
Six free one-hour consultations whenever you need us during the nine-month period.
After the six hours, we are at your service for our hourly fee. Notwithstanding this hourly fee, on principle we are here to always support you, so we are open to negotiating flat fees for consulting.
