Community Needs Assessment & Workshops
We support nonprofits, community initiatives, coalitions, and other community stakeholders in understanding the needs of program participants, constituents, and residents. We can conduct the assessment with you and also train staff, volunteers, and community members to carry out needs assessments themselves. Together, we identify priorities, leverage existing community resources, culture, social capital, and resilience, and co-create sustainable plans grounded in the community’s own knowledge.

We are here to support you in understanding the needs of your community members. We can do this needs assessment for you. Furthermore, we can also train your staff, volunteers and community members to do needs assessment, and together create sustainable plans.
In every service we offer, our core process is always based on collaboratively working with you to co-create the path forward and training your team in collaborative research and analysis. We are not consultants who just come in, solve your problems and then leave.

We work with your team to create a strong and sustainable plan and process and will check in with you, for free, after one month, three months, six months and nine months to see how you are doing.

6 Free Hours
Six free one-hour consultations whenever you need us during the nine-month period.
After the six hours, we are at your service for our hourly fee. Notwithstanding this hourly fee, on principle we are here to always support you, so we are open to negotiating flat fees for consulting.
