Our Philosophy
Community-Led Transformation Through Shared Knowledge
We partner with organizations and communities to uncover root causes of the challenges they face and co-create sustainable pathways, strengthening internal capacity through participatory research and education.

Our Foundation
Empowering Communities Through Participatory Research
We work with community-focused organizations—including nonprofits—and with neighborhood organizations, associations, centers, coalitions, and government partners to create and implement sustainable solutions. All stakeholders participate as equal partners and co-researchers, building trust, identifying priorities, and leveraging governmental, organizational, and community resources, culture, resilience, and lived knowledge.

Embedded Follow-up
We honor lived experiences, ensuring every voice contributes to the research and solution-building process.
Partners are co-researchers, actively shaping methodology, analysis, and outcomes from inception to implementation.
Our PhD-level qualitative methods ensure robust, credible findings that inform impactful decision-making.
Our commitment extends beyond project completion with a unique 9-month post-implementation support program.
Lasting Impact Beyond the Project
Many organizations and public entities recognize challenges rooted in social, economic, historical, cultural, and environmental inequalities, but need support working through them. Traditional consultants may deliver a plan and leave. We work differently: we partner with you to understand the root causes, co-create the plan, prepare the people doing the daily work to sustain it, support implementation, and help adapt it as needs and circumstances change.
