We train your team in collaborative research and analysis so the process remains strong after our engagement.
Overview
As anyone who has worked in community-focused organizations, especially nonprofits, knows the nonprofit sector continuously evolves responding to the changing external environment in their societies, and so do nonprofit organizations. In addition to responding to these external factors, nonprofits need to be aware of internal changes within the organization that are a natural part of their organization’s life cycle. It is important for you as the leader of the organization to keep your finger on the pulse of the organization, to periodically take a step back to analyze how the organization is doing and understand what its ecosystem is. This is not easy when you are continuously under the pressure of dealing with management and financial issues, as well as external factors that influence your operations. Keeping your finger on the pulse of the organization is not merely doing periodic surveys and personnel evaluations. It means analyzing your organization through the holistic lens of understanding it as an ecosystem in which multiple partners (people, public and private sector entities, other nonprofit organizations, community initiatives and more) are interconnected with and through your operations, including your programs, activities, and services. We are here to support you in doing this collaboratively with you and your team. We analyze together, identify what is working well and what is not, determine the factors underlying these and then we work with you to co-create the path forward for your organization.
Some organizations need to go beyond only analyzing their operations and improving. On occasion, organizations need to transform themselves in an entity that is quite different to what it used to be, with a new mission and vision. We can also support you through this process, which is more intensive.

6 Free Hours
Six free one-hour consultations whenever you need us during the nine-month period.
After the six hours, we are at your service for our hourly fee. Notwithstanding this hourly fee, on principle we are here to always support you, so we are open to negotiating flat fees for consulting.
