Our Commitment to Partnership

Transparent Pathways to Partnership

We believe equitable access to expertise shouldn't be a barrier. Our fee structures are designed with your budget in mind, ensuring clear value and no hidden costs for nonprofits and community organizations.

Flexible Engagement

Find the Right Model for Your Mission

Tailored Flat-Fee Projects

Free Initial Consultation

After the initial conversation, we prepare a proposal estimating the hours and scope. Once the proposal is accepted and the contract is signed, we adhere to it with no surprise costs. If the client requests work beyond the agreed hours, we create a new contract and mutually agreed budget. Because each engagement is tailored, projects exceeding 50 hours may be negotiated as a flat fee.

Our initial one-hour conversation is free. We discuss your perceived needs and explain our collaborative process, then use that understanding to prepare a proposal that includes the research needed to clarify the challenge and determine how we can work together effectively.

Flexible Hourly Engagements

Collaborative evaluation and transformation generally require a minimum of 35–40 hours and often take longer. If an engagement requires fewer than 35 hours, we charge according to the hours invested. Workshop-only training is available in 10-, 14-, and 18-hour formats, covering participatory research methodologies and laying the groundwork for a sustainable plan.

Our Promise to You

No Surprises, Just Sustainable Support

We are independently funded through client fees and work with small and medium-sized nonprofits and community stakeholders to establish a fair consultancy fee. Each engagement includes follow-up after one, three, six, and nine months and six complimentary one-hour consultations during that period. Additional consultations are billed hourly, with negotiated flat-fee options available when appropriate.
